Tour Description
Day 1. Arrival at Manali from Delhi/Chandigarh.
Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 2. Manali to Jispa , after Solang Nallah you will cross the Pir Panjal range l,beneath the mountain via Atal tunnel, which was completed in the year 2020. After driving 9.2 kilometres in the tunnel you will enter Lahaul valley,

Day 3. After breakfast drive the Phukal via Darcha which is just few kilometres from Jispa and after that, you will divert the road from Leh Manali by taking the Manali Padum raod, after 39 kilometres from Darcha you will reach Shingku la (5200 meters/16580 feet), where there is frontier between Himachal Pradesh and new created union territory of Ladakh. After driving down from the top you will reach Lhakhang, u you may have thrilling river crossing and then you will reach Gonbo Rangjon which is sacred mountain for all the people of Zanskar.

Day 4. After early breakfast trek to Phuktal monastery which is perched under cave, it take 1 and half hour to reach and again it will take same time to reach back to Purney. After lunch at Puney drive to Padum which is around 55 kilometres.

Day 5. Today you have to wake early morning to witness gathering of monks at the Karsha monastery to perform prayer innthe main assembly hall of the monastery, which is the largest monastery in Zanskar After breakfst you will be visiting Zangla palace, where famous Hungarian scholar Coma de Cros spent one year in the beginning of 1830s to study Tibetan, Zangla nunnery, Stongdey monastery and Shila water falls

Day 6. After breakfast proceed to Kargil via Darang Durung, Penzila pass, Rangdum ans Suru valley in the valley you can see Nun and Kun peaks along with numerous peaks.

Day 7. Kargil to Leh via war memorial museum Drass, Lamayuru monastery, Sangam, Magnetic hill, Patthar Sahib Gurdwara and Hall of fame. Overnight at Leh. (distance 230 kms, approximately 5/6 hours drive.
Day 8. Visit Shey palace, Rancho School and Thiksay monastery which is resembles to Potala palace inin Lhasa Tibet, on the way stop at Sindhu Ghat and in the evening visit Shanti Stupa and Leh market.

Day 9. Leh to Nubra via Khardung la, visit Disket monastery and then proceed to the last village towards western frontier where some villages are perched on the bank of Shayok river, the main village is Turtuk, the hamlets along with Turtuk were part of Pakistan until 1971, now it is come under India thank to great warrior Rinchen from Nubra who lead the army and regain this part.
Overnight stay in Tyakshi.

Day 10. After breakfast interact with local people and then return to Hunder, in the evening visit the sand dunes where you will see double hump bacterian camel which was used during silk route period, you can enjoy the camel ride.

Day 11. Disket/Hunder to Pangong at the elevation of 14200 feet, via Shayok. Overnight in Man village which is located bank of the Lake.

Day 12. After breakfast proceed towards Chushul where you can visit Rezang la war memorial which was recently rebuilt, after that you will ascend to Tsaga la pass and then to Tsaga la, subsequently to Loma bend where you will cross the Indus rivers to reach Hanley, Hanley is known for dark sky reserve sanctuary, where you can have satellite installed in the area.

Day 13. Drive to Tsomoriri via Salsa pass, on the way you can see wildlife that you can spot on this day like Kiyang (Tibetan wild donkey), Marmot and other species like birds.

Day 14. Tsomoriri to Jispa via Tsokar Lake, Sarchu, and Baralacha la pass in Jispa. On this day you have chance to see Changa Nomad on the way between Tsokar Lake and Spang, the changpa Nomad rear pashmina goats in abundance.

Day 15. Jispa to Manali drop via Atal tunnel.
